• Standard SLA: Included in the base price. Response within 48 hours during regular hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Enhanced SLA: Additional 10% of the bucket price. Response within 24 hours, extended hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM.
  • Premium SLA: Additional 20% of the bucket price. Priority response within 12 hours, including Saturday: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

Example: Purchasing a 100-hour bucket with Premium SLA would cost €3,400 + 20% (€680) = €4,080.
