Hourly Bucket

 

Clients can pre-purchase hours in bulk for project management tasks, providing budget predictability and flexibility. Each bucket can be combined with a chosen SLA level to tailor support responsiveness:

  • Bucket Options:
    • 50 hours: €1,750 (€35/hour)
    • 100 hours: €3,400 (€34/hour)
    • 200 hours: €6,400 (€32/hour)

Example 1:

  • Bucket Option: 100 hours
  • Hourly Rate: €34/hour
  • SLA Selected: Enhanced SLA
    • Total Cost: €3,400 + 10% (€340 for Enhanced SLA) = €3,740
    • Service Details: 100 hours of project management support with response times within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM.

Example 2:

  • Bucket Option: 200 hours
  • Hourly Rate: €32/hour
  • SLA Selected: Premium SLA
    • Total Cost: €6,400 + 20% (€1,280 for Premium SLA) = €7,680
    • Service Details: 200 hours of prioritized project management support with response times within 12 hours, including Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.
