Percentage-Based

Charges are levied as a fixed cost based on the overall project budget, applicable for the entire duration of the project:

• Projects up to €100,000: 3% of the project budget.
• Projects up to €250,000: 2% of the project budget.
• Projects above €250,000: 1.5% of the project budget

Example 1:

• Project Budget: €90,000
• Percentage Fee: 3% of the project budget
• SLA Selected: Enhanced SLA
  • Total Fee: €2,700 (base fee) + 10% (€270 for Enhanced SLA) = €2,970
  • Service Details: This project will receive response times within 24 hours, covering extended business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM.

Example 2:

• Project Budget: €300,000
• Percentage Fee: 1.5% of the project budget
• SLA Selected: Premium SLA
  • Total Fee: €4,500 (base fee) + 20% (€900 for Premium SLA) = €5,400
  • Service Details: This project benefits from the fastest support with priority response within 12 hours, including service on Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.
