Schedules that slip
Delays aren't detected — they're discovered. Without a forecasting mechanism, every deviation becomes visible only when the window for correction has already closed.

01 — Diagnosis
Delays aren't detected — they're discovered. Without a forecasting mechanism, every deviation becomes visible only when the window for correction has already closed.
Budget overruns are recognized after the fact. Without systematic expenditure tracking, management reacts instead of preventing.
What isn't documented isn't managed. Critical risks remain off the radar until they escalate into crises.
Leadership makes decisions based on estimates, not evidence. Without a single source of truth, the organization sees fragments — not the picture.
A permanent in-house project management structure costs more than the size of most organizations can justify. So it never gets built — and the gap remains.
02 — Services
Every engagement starts from a specific problem and ends with a measurable outcome. Services are provided individually or in combination — and where a system is installed, the engagement runs in two phases: Foundation (one-off installation) and Protection (monthly support).
Leadership needs one picture, not multiple versions. We install a single source of truth in real time — so decisions rest on data, not impressions. Regular status update meetings, at a cadence the organization chooses.
When projects multiply without a common framework, resources scatter. We establish value-based prioritization, centralized resource allocation, and governance structures at the portfolio level. Includes BMaaS in its entirety. Regular status update meetings at portfolio level, at a cadence the organization chooses — deviations from the original plan are identified early.
Demanding projects do not forgive ambiguity of accountability. We assume full management — clear ownership, coordination, and continuous progress visibility, from initiation to delivery.
Overruns rarely happen all at once — they erode the budget quietly, becoming visible only when they can no longer be corrected. We take over financial control at project and portfolio level: budget structuring, tracking of commitments and actual cost, earned value, cash flow and forecasting. Includes BMaaS in its entirety — with deliverables in MS Excel. Regular status update meetings, at a cadence the organization chooses — every deviation is caught while corrective action is still feasible.
When an organization needs a documented answer to a critical question — strategic, financial, or operational. From diagnosis to final deliverable, every recommendation is grounded in evidence.
Every event — corporate or personal — is a project with a fixed, non-negotiable delivery horizon. We take on full planning, coordination, and execution, under a single budget and one central point of accountability — controlling every link in the chain: from the vendors to each guest's experience.
We identify where artificial intelligence adds measurable value — and where it doesn't. We automate repetitive workflows and tasks where they demonstrably save time and cost. Implementation only where it works.
03 — Methodology
Each service follows its own path. Methodology isn't theoretical — it's the structure that ensures outcomes. Implementation in virtually all mainstream tools — or in whatever you already use, with online access from any device. Tools are the means, not the point.
Mapping current state. Identifying information gaps and friction points.
Installing real-time reporting mechanisms. Replacing estimates with documentation.
Subscription-based monitoring at a fraction of the initial investment. Entropy prevention.
Evaluating current governance capability. Identifying organizational gaps.
Reporting structures, steering committee, standardized decision-making processes.
Project prioritization based on value and data. Centralized resource allocation.
What was installed keeps working: subscription-based monitoring, portfolio integrity assured.
Scope definition. Stakeholder identification, constraint and risk mapping.
Schedule, budget, milestones, risk response plan.
Disciplined adherence to the triple constraint. Forecasting instead of reacting.
Deliverable documentation, team training, knowledge transfer to the organization.
Cost breakdown by work package, a single budget, an approved reference baseline.
Commitments, actual cost, earned value — continuous comparison against the plan.
EAC/ETC and cash flow. Deviations are flagged while they can still be corrected.
A consolidated financial picture of the portfolio. A documented basis for allocation and continuation decisions.
Mapping current state. Collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing data.
Financial models, market research, scenario analysis, strategic options.
Business plan, timeline, documentation for executives and creditors.
Implementation monitoring, knowledge transfer, subscription-based support.
Vision, guests, venue, date. A single budget and clear milestones.
Sourcing, vetting, and negotiation for every link in the chain. Contracts with terms that protect the event.
A single progress picture, risk forecasting — and on the day of the event, the direction is ours.
Financial settlement, every detail tidied away. What stays with you is the experience.
Identifying functions where AI demonstrably adds measurable value.
Tool configuration, automation of workflows and tasks, integration into existing processes.
Expert review, optimization, staff training.
04 — Deliverables
Indicative visualizations of deliverables — portfolio, timelines, financial picture, strategy & market, automation, events — with demonstration data. They are a few of the hundreds available — per tool, per industry, per level of detail; the final set is chosen around the questions your organization needs.
Each project’s status across the five axes, colour-coded — red shows where a decision is needed now.
Every time commitment in one picture — clashes and slippages show up before they cost.
Value-versus-effort matrix: execution order stops being a matter of opinion.
The cash gap is visible months before it happens — and therefore negotiable.
Final cost is forecast months before the end — corrective measures arrive in time.
Probability × impact: which risks demand action now, which need monitoring.
Each project a card, each column a status — a daily picture with no meeting required.
Every milestone ties to an obligation or a payment — any shift shows up immediately, along with its cost.
Machinery and people on the same scale — whatever is paid for but underperforms is spotted at once.
Congestion shows weeks before it reaches the schedule — reinforcement exactly where flow narrows.
Completion rate against plan — delay from added scope is not charged to execution.
Every number traces to an assumption — the financier sees documentation, not promises.
Margin, certifications, retentions and backlog per project — margin visible every month, no surprises at closing.
Every open item has an owner, a deadline — and a day counter. Whatever expires or turns red goes first on the agenda.
Exposure by category and phase at a glance — documented decisions on diversification and new project intake.
Strategy across three horizons: what we strengthen now, where we expand, what we build for later.
TAM–SAM–SOM: the revenue target stops being a feeling — it derives from measurable share and stands up to bank or investor scrutiny.
The internal and external picture in one frame — a shared, explicit starting point for management’s strategy discussion.
What AI takes over and where the human keeps the decision — clarity before anything is implemented.
Time, action, owner, buffer — and GO/NO-GO checkpoints before the doors open.
Events don’t fail on the day — they fail weeks earlier, quietly. This board makes the noise in time.
Sample — all visualization data is indicative, demonstration data.
05 — Why Us
Over fifteen years across engineering and construction, energy, financial services, technology, digital transformation, real estate, and legal matters — in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
Specialization in international standards, methodologies, and proven best practices. Analytical speed and depth that rivals large teams — without the overhead that accompanies them.
Systematic identification of deviations and risks while corrective options still exist — not after.
From portfolio overview to full project delivery. We stay as long as needed — not a day longer. Once the organization reaches autonomy, it chooses: full knowledge transfer or subscription-based monitoring at a fraction of the initial investment. The system stays with you.
06 — Who We Are
PMO was founded by Emmanouil Giakoumakis, an engineer and economist with more than fifteen years of experience in multinational project, program, and portfolio management environments — and by a simple observation: the methodologies that work inside large organizations rarely reach, properly adapted, the smaller businesses that run on projects or cases.
That is our work: proven practices, tailored to each business's scale and maturity — so it becomes more productive and more efficient, without unnecessary complexity.
Today, together with its network of associates, PMO brings more than a hundred years of combined experience supporting construction and engineering businesses, hotels and hospitality, legal matters, creative departments and advertising, consulting firms — and private investors and entrepreneurs.
