1. Data controller

PMO ("we") is responsible for the processing of your personal data via pmo.gr. Contact: info@pmo.gr, +30 694 202 2222, 196 Andrea Syngrou Avenue, Athens, Greece.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or unsolicited marketing.

4. Retention

We retain contact details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a business relationship follows — in which case contractual and statutory retention periods apply.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Access may be granted only to providers supporting our operations (website hosting and form handling via Netlify, email services, meeting scheduling via Calendly), acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

6. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served via Google Fonts, during which your IP address is transmitted to Google. Meeting scheduling is offered via an external link to Calendly, which is governed by its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and port your data, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting info@pmo.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

8. Changes

Any future changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
